Products can be returned free of charge within 14 business days after receipt. Here is how:

1. Place the product(s) to be returned in their original packaging
2. Attach the prepaid return label to the package
3. Follow the return instructions provided on the return label

Please make sure to keep the tracking number of your return; it may be requested in case of delivery issues or delays. Any damaged, incomplete, or items with damaged original packaging will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 15 days upon receipt of your parcel at our facilities and after verification of the products, using the payment method used for the purchase. 

We do not allow exchanges. If you do not wish to keep your product, we invite you to proceed with the return procedure by using the return label and place a new order on the Emmanuelle Khanh website.
