Products can be returned free of charge within 14 working days of receipt. To do this:

1. Place the products to be returned in their original packaging.
2. Affix the prepaid return label to the package.
3. Follow the carrier's instructions on the return label.

Please note, make sure to keep the tracking number for your return, as it may be requested in case of a problem during delivery or a delay. Any damaged, incomplete product, or product with damaged original packaging, will not be refunded.

The refund will be processed within 15 days of receipt of your package at our premises, and after verification of its conformity, using the payment method used for the purchase.

We do not offer exchanges. If you do not wish to keep your product, we invite you to return it and place a new order on the Emmanuelle Khanh website.
